Nautic services by AERO-NAUTIC in Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain
After several decades of practical experience (without and later with a boating license), the training as an instructor for boaters came closer in thought through the suggestion of a colleague who had been active in nautical science for years.
The reason was that after youthful adventurousness the insight grew more and more that a course for the boating license is cheaper in the long run than fines.
So after the first step into the legal world was done and it became more and more obvious that a good education not only brings more safety but can even save lives, it was actually already self-evident that a permanent education should take place so that one oneself and the friends, family members or other passengers on board can enjoy the greatest possible safety on board.
Anyone who becomes familiar with the idea that nature is always stronger than any human being will very quickly realize that boating is only safe if you know the risks and can therefore eliminate them in advance. Staying in a safe harbor has a far better effect on life expectancy than drowning under stormy conditions in an avoidable situation.
This is the reason for our motto “Safety first”!
At some point the colleague who had originally come to us as a flight student came back and was of the opinion that the way we train for flight licenses is also qualitatively well received in nautical science and so the original idea was taken up again to bring more safety into recreational navigation.
This meant first going through the instructor courses to acquire the necessary knowledge to impart the required knowledge to people completely inexperienced in nautical science.
The ink was not yet dry on the new license when the colleague showed up at the door another time and stated that he needed a radio instructor for his school, which led to going back to school and taking the VHF radio instructor course.
Later we added the radar instructor course and for over 10 years now we have been successfully training people interested in nautical science.
The feedback we get from our students makes us proud and ensures that we constantly improve our performance.
